Phone Consultation
I offer a 15-minute complementary phone consultation prior to scheduling our first full session. During this time I can share more about my practice and orientation and answer any questions you may have to help determine if we’re a good fit.

Therapy Sessions
I provide weekly therapy sessions for individuals who are at least 18 years old. I do not offer bi-weekly appointments, as that limited frequency can inhibit therapeutic work.

Fee Structure
Sliding Scale
In an attempt to make therapy more accessible, I have several sliding scale slots available in my practice. Please let me know in our initial phone consultation if this is something that would help facilitate our working together.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. I can answer more questions about this during our initial call.
